Mysore  Morning Program

Monday – Friday 7 – 10 am
7.00 am – Start of first Mysore shift

        8.30 am  –  Start of second  Mysore shift


Mysore Evening Program

Tuesday & Thursday 5.30 – 7.00 pm


Closed on Saturdays & moon days ! 

If required, the lessons are also held happily in English or Spanish.

All classes  are taught by Barbara Süss.

Intro to Ashtanga – One Month Course starting Feb 18th to March 13th 2019

plus one month unlimited Mysore Classes


This course is suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga.

You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes in a nurturing and safe environment.

Learn Ashtanga Yoga from the ground.

Learn, in depth, the fundamental aspects of this transformative practice while being guided through the traditional sequence of postures.

The course builds gradually each week to provide you with a safe and solid foundation for your own journey into Ashtanga Yoga.

course fee of Euro 155 includes:
• Unlimited Yoga Classes for 1 month (for new students)
•Two classes per week on Monday and Wednesday evening from 5.15 – 6.45 PM for four weeks, starting Feb18th-March 13th 2019
