Dear Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style interested students in Vienna ! 

Come and join this class of 2.5 hrs „Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style“.

The „Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style“ class is suitable for the absolute beginner, those making transition from other Yoga disciplines or already experienced practitioners willing to go back to the basics to shift practice habits and patterns.
After this class you will start to memorize the Sun Salutations, fundamental Asanas, synchronize your breath with movement and most of all it will allow you to take the first step toward cultivating your own practice.

Through repetition and memorization you will gain confidence and develop a strong foundation to join the Mysore classes in a nurturing & safe environment.

The investment  is €60 and includes 3 follow-up sessions in Mysore Vienna´s daily program.

Mysore Style is considered the ideal, traditional and safest way for a beginner to learn Ashtanga Yoga, since the practice is developed according to the constitution, readiness and ability of each individual.
